YOU WERE SAVED TO TRIUMPH

Post date: Jul 8, 2016 5:43:49 AM

Failure will not succeed in keeping you down indefinitely; sickness and any form of weakness will not destroy your health; lack of help from men and enough money to carry out your dreams, visions and desires will not truncate the plans God for you forever. All discouragements, delays, denials, disappointment, shame, abuse, joblessness, singleness, marital bliss and financial mess will not stop what God had intended for you through the salvation of your soul. You were saved deliberately to triumph over everything that Satan will ever throw at you including all form of sins; you were saved to triumph over what he will ever tempt you with and whatever evil he will ever want to associate you with in life. I want you to remember that the blood of Jesus Christ was shed to secure your salvation, protect your salvation and guide you through life triumphantly as long as you are still living on earth. That blood never loses its relevance, never loses its divine power, never loses its assigned purpose, never loses its target and always succeeds in its mission in the lives of the redeemed children of the living God.

You were not saved to make the numbers of Christians around the world but to live triumphantly as a Christian and to remain victorious in the glory of God till the day you will see the Lord Jesus Christ with your eyes. There is something in salvation that makes you unique and distinguishes you before other men. Salvation is not free, it was fully paid for by the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross at Calvary and given freely to change men and make men eligible to become the sons and daughters of the Almighty God with rights and privileges to all of His blessings without questions and molestations by the devil. Salvation does not only make us closer to God, it brings us right into the presence of God so we can have the heavenly joy on earth; it keeps us in God’s presence twenty-four-seven so that we may have the heavenly peace with us; it keeps us in His presence so that we can receive all of His blessings as we live and remain in Him until eternity comes. Salvation is the power of the Almighty God working in the lives of men to change and keep them relevant and triumphant on earth.

Salvation is the power that transforms a sinner to a saint. It is the power of God working against sin and its tendencies in the heart and lives of men to make them become and remain children of the Almighty God able to defeat the wicked forces, powers and tendencies of sin and darkness in their domains and to stop their continuous operation in their lives. Salvation is victory over sin, victory over Satan, victory over failures and victory over evil tendencies and evil manipulations from the coven of wickedness. “So from now on we regard no one from a human point of view, according to worldly standards and values. Though we have known Christ from a human point of view, now we no longer know Him in this way. Therefore if anyone is in Christ, that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior, he is a new creature, reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit; the old things, the previous moral and spiritual condition have passed away. Behold, new things have come because spiritual awakening brings a new life. But all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ, making us acceptable to Him and gave us the ministry of reconciliation so that by our example we might bring others to Him, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting people’s sins against them but canceling them. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation that is, restoration to favor with God. So we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making His appeal through us; we as Christ’s representatives plead with you on behalf of Christ to be reconciled to God. He made Christ who knew no sin to judicially be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we would become the righteousness of God, that is, we would be made acceptable to Him and placed in a right relationship with Him by His gracious lovingkindness.” 2 Corinthians 5:16-21.
