Due to resent or prolonged incidences in your life, family, profession and location, you may be feeling rejected, helpless and hopeless. May be that strong enemy, who stands as the devil to oppose and to block everything about your progress in life is boasting of having succeeded over your life and situation, and your situation is becoming of great concern to you; the Lord will speak for your help, but despite your feelings, what you have seen and known, you are still very useful, relevant and unforgettable by our Lord God who made you in His image and likeness.

In your own understanding and confirmation from the word of God and other trusted sources, the dreams, desires, and visions that you have and cherished dearly are very excellent and acceptable in the eyes of God and men but your very best efforts in actualizing them is always inadequate, unfruitful, frustrating, and you lack cogent results to prove those them right; though you have no one to offer the kind of assistance that will take you to the next expected level and as a result you feel very lonely, ashamed, and disappointed, do not give up yet, you are not useless, your efforts all these years are not wasted, your God is going to help you.

Though you may be idle or crawling in your life, your business, your spouse, children and family members are also crawling along with you; though it is taking too long for you to see the fruits of your investments and labor in your life, in your family, and in your neighborhood; though you may be feeling unwelcomed and uncelebrated despite all your efforts to improve your life and your situation; though you are yet to be where you want in life, do what you want and what you like, and have what you desire despite your believes, faith and submissiveness; you are still very useful and your efforts will never be a wasted. Though the devil is keeping you back now, He will never succeed in keep you in that condition forever.

There is an idea in you waiting to be used, an assignment waiting for you and the devil will not succeed in making you useless, inactive, and unproductive to yourself, to your family and to our God. God did not make you empty, there is definitely something unique and greater inside of you that will never be taken from you and God will surely step in to help you accomplish them. The devil must not make temporal what the Lord had made permanent in you.

“Later on there was a Jewish festival for which Jesus went up to Jerusalem. Now there is in Jerusalem a pool near the Sheep Gate. This pool in the Hebrew is called Bethesda, having five porches. In these lay a great number of sick folk, some blind, some crippled, and some paralyzed waiting for the bubbling up of the water. For an angel of the Lord went down at appointed seasons into the pool and moved and stirred up the water; whoever then first, after the stirring up of the water, stepped in was cured of whatever disease with which he was afflicted. There was a certain man there who had suffered with a deep-seated and lingering disorder for thirty-eight years. When Jesus noticed him lying there helpless, knowing that he had already been a long time in that condition, He said to him, do you want to become well? Are you really in earnest about getting well? The invalid answered, Sir, I have nobody when the water is moving to put me into the pool; but while I am trying to come into it myself, somebody else steps down ahead of me. Jesus said to him, Get up, Pick up your bed (sleeping pad) and walk. Instantly the man became well and recovered his strength and picked up his bed and walked. But that happened on the Sabbath. So the Jews kept saying to the man who had been healed, It is the Sabbath, and you have no right to pick up your bed it is not lawful.  He answered them, The Man Who healed me and gave me back my strength, He Himself said to me, Pick up your bed and walk” John 5:1-11

This man had no helper, but he was never discouraged, never gave up waiting for his day, never gave up trying over and over again; he was forsaken by friends and family but he was hopeful in himself and thank God Christ Jesus meet him and changed him forever. For Prayers Click here
