WILL I EVER STAND UP AGAIN?

Post date: Feb 27, 2014 5:00:07 AM

Yes, you will definitely stand up again in this very season to celebrate a renewed life in the things that you have placed your heart on doing. Yes, you will stand up to celebrate the newness of the blessing from above. Yes, you can stand up through the unfailing love and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, through the hope in His words. Yes, through undying faith in the promises of the Lord God who made you in His express image and likeness. Remember, He called you His own from the beginning and will not change it.

Falling in never new to all humanity and never new to Christians; many great people had fallen several times over before, and the not so great had also fallen. The rich had fallen in many ways, and the poor had also fallen in several ways. Believers and none believers alike had fallen in many occasions. Falling is not the problem to humanity, but remaining on the ground after a fall irrespective of its severity is the problem and that is never the best for anyone and that is what makes falling bad and unwanted.

God in His love and mercy had deliberately separated you and called you out of all forms of darkness to make a difference through the power of His spoken word. There is no fall that is not known by your Father in heaven, and there is no one that He cannot raise up again after a fall. Through His loving design, that fall was not to destroy you, but to bring you to the realization that there is grace available to raise you up again from a fall. Because of this grace, no one is expected to remain on the ground longer than necessary. I pray this grace to begin working in you from now in Jesus name.

“Do not lie in wait, O wicked man, against the dwelling of the righteous; do not plunder his resting place; for a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again, but the wicked shall fall by calamity. Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, And do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles; Lest the Lord see it, and it displease Him, And He turn away His wrath from him. Do not fret because of evildoers, Nor be envious of the wicked; for there will be no prospect for the evil man; the lamp of the wicked will be put out.” Proverbs 24:15-20

There are assurances from the presence of the living God that you will definitely stand up again despite the fall, the delays, the frustrations and the denials. You were not designed to remain on the floor; you were designed and created to reign with Christ in His glory now and in the life to come. God is with you and is lifting you out of everything that had caused you to fall.

There are many things that cause people to fall in life. It may be due to a mistake in choice, a wrong implementation of a dream, a vision, a desire and a plan. It may come as a result of the activities of the wicked to turn one’s life away from what is real and true, from what is expected to that which is not expected, from that which you have invested yourself to become to that which you never invested anything for. But despite the cause, God is able to raise you up again to stand exactly where He wants you to stand, to sit where He had prepared for you, and to do what He had destined for you to do. Instead of looking down and mourning over yourself and your situation, look up for the grace to stand again and be where He had destined for you.

“Many are the afflictions of the righteous; But the Lord delivers him out of them all. He guards all his bones; not one of them is broken.” Psalm 34:19-20

God does not want you to remain down in spirit and in flesh, He does not want you to remain down in hope and faith; He does not want your dreams and visions to vanish. Though you have fallen, there is grace to help you rise up again and stand. Be courageous and know that God is with you even in that situation, it will not swallow you up even though you have fallen. Receive the grace to rise again from the fall and to rejoice in the next level of His joy upon your life. For prayers, Click here
