SET UP MY PROMOTION OH LORD

Everyone is thinking about their tomorrow, concerned how it will be like, what it will offer for them, where it will place them, how they will fulfill their dreams, visions and desires, and how it will leave them; many people are planning for their tomorrow in various ways and doing all that is possible today and all that they could possibly do to make it the very best for themselves and their family; many are wishing their tomorrow will be far more fruitful than their today, far more better than the best of their yesterday, far more rewarding than what they are having right now, far more exciting to have and to see, full of fun with more friendly and like-minded individuals, more connected with the right people who matters in things that concerns them in life, and far more peaceful than what they are having around them today. But despite all of your thoughts and planning, God had already prepared a far better tomorrow for you; He will take you there in His ways when you remain faithfully in Him and follow His words and ways in all that you will do from today. Your action today will definitely lay the foundation of what you will be tomorrow.

No one ever ask for or pray for any type of trouble be them little or big, but troubles often come to every one at different times and in divers’ proportion whether you are prepared for it or not. Troubles are never desirable; the times of trouble are never peaceful times and never the best of times for our lives; the time of trouble always seem as a time of retrogression, a time of tough and precise decision and a time of reflections on our actions and reactions. Another thing with trouble is that it always leaves us confused after exhausting our very best to solve them and mostly when such troubles persist longer than expected or grow beyond our expectation. But despite all of our bad feelings and confusing moments while in trouble, God always make a way when we decide to remain consistent to His principles in faith and in our living. Trouble makes people to follow decisions that turns round to harm their chances of advancing beyond where they are now and where they were yesterday; it makes people to compromise godly principles and morals; makes people to depend on men rather than depend on God and makes people to fail in their dreams and aspirations thereby missing their expectations and dreams in life.

I ask our Father in heaven will help you in such a way that all of your many troubles today will never destroy your life despite all the confusions and the uncertainties it will bring along with it into your life. I ask that instead of your troubles destroying your dreams, destroying your life, destroying your expectations, your visions and your desires as a Christian in this world, it will rather build and strengthen your faith beyond what it is right now to stand up for your dreams, to stand and depend on the word of God and on His unfailing promises in the salvation He gave to the day you called on Him for help. God had not forgotten that day and had not and will never forsake His promises to you.

When Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego saw the golden image of Nebuchadnezzar, they were troubled in their hearts and were uncertain of their tomorrow, but they were never confused on what they will do with what they believed; their decision was we will stand by what we believe and with who we believe. Let your troubles never deflate or destroy your believe in the living and Almighty God and in the power of His spoken and written words. When these three men heard the commands of Nebuchadnezzar to his staffs to increase the heat in the furnace seven times more that it’s usual, they were uncertain of what will happen to them next, but they were never ready to compromise on their believe. When Nebuchadnezzar commanded they be thrown into the fire, they never knew Jesus Christ was already waiting in the burning fire for them and when they finally came out, they received a promotion that was never asked and a recognition that others envied. “Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to even higher positions in the province of Babylon.” Daniel 2:19-30.
