The righteousness of God is a gift to all human beings but only a few are taking advantage of it; it is a guaranteed source of fruitfulness, security, and strength; the world and the people therein are busy looking for something else to stand on for deliverance; they are looking for something else to hold as their source of strength; they are looking for something else to call their source of power; nations are looking at their natural resources as their hope, technological breakthrough as their sustaining strength, scientific innovations as their future dependence, engineering prowess as their stronghold, knowledge of her citizens as their source of their wealth and sustainability, but the scripture had declared that besides everything else physical or spiritual under the sun, sin is a setback and a rebuke, powerful horses are false sources of strength but in all things and in all circumstance righteousness exalts and it exalts far above everything else. Righteousness is possible only through reliance on Christ Jesus, it is a requirement by God in all situations; it is a blessing to those who upholds it; it is a source of grace and fruitfulness to all who follows it; it is a means of defense and security in times of famine and lack. Above all, self-righteousness is a false pretense but the righteousness that Christ Jesus fought and obtained for Himself and for all believers is all we need to hold onto daily, that is where our fruitfulness will blossom with its full brightness and made ready for our rejoicing. “Righteousness, moral and spiritual integrity and virtuous character exalt a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.” Proverb 14:34

Because of the righteousness of Christ Jesus that you have embraced and submitted yourself to follow, you will be rescued from death and everything that causes destruction in your body and in your business; God will rescue you from shameful activities and unions; He will rescue you from all previous familiar curses; He will rescue you from illnesses, diseases, and plagues; God will rescue you from greed and greedy people; He will rescue you from your unplanned mistakes and hidden misfortunes; He will rescue you from your strong enemies; He will rescue you from all troubles; He will rescue you from the hands of the wicked. Because of God’s righteousness, you will be blameless in times of accusation and open humiliation; God will make a smooth way for you escape; He will keep you on the straight path and the wicked will fall by his own wicked plans against you. Because you have embraced the righteousness of Christ Jesus, He will grant your expectations in this life, they will not perish prematurely, they will yield the expected fruits, and you will have the expected joy before man and the Lord Jesus Christ; God will grant you knowledge and discernment daily. Things will go well with you and you will rejoice always before Him. You will eat the good fruit of righteousness in your actions. For deciding to remain in His righteousness alone, you will not put to shame, you will find justice and be fruitful; you will find guardian and be guided by His Holy Spirit; you will not walk with mean men and will not fall into the counsel of the wicked. God will keep your feet and will bless your heart.

“Say to the righteous that it will go well with them, for they will eat the fruit of their righteous actions. Woe, judgment is coming to the wicked. It shall go badly with him, for what his hand has done shall be done to him. Riches will not provide security in the day of wrath and judgment, but righteousness rescues from death. The righteousness of the blameless will smooth their way and keep it straight, but the wicked will fall by his own wickedness. The righteousness of the upright will rescue them, but the treacherous will be caught by their own greed. When the wicked man dies, his expectation will perish; and the hope of godless strong men perishes. The righteous is rescued from trouble, and the wicked takes his place. With his mouth, the godless man destroys his neighbor, but through knowledge and discernment, the righteous will be rescued. When it goes well for the righteous, the city rejoices, and when the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy.” Isaiah 3:10-11; Proverbs 11:4-10. For prayers Click here
