JUST  REMEMBER  JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD

When we remember our Lord Jesus Christ, we remember the good things He provides for us every day and every time, but there is more to that; when we pray to God through Christ our Lord, we also remember His power and ability and willingness to answer our prayers and give us our demands each day. When we go to Jesus Christ, we do that with expectations because we know who He is and what He had promised to do for those who come to Him and call on Him, but there is more to that. When we give our lives to God through accepting and believing in Jesus Christ as Lord of our lives and the situations we ever face we do that because we know He will never fail us or forsake us, and it is true, He will not forsake, abandon or leave in the hands of the wicked forever, He will deliver us and He will bless us.

Jesus Christ is the Messiah of the whole world and the entire human race, He is Lord over all things He made and created, He is our personal savior, He is the mighty One and He is the God of all true Christians in all the world; He is the One we look to in all things and in all situations sweet or bitter, He is the One we submit our hearts, thoughts, imaginations, and ways to; He is the One we follow diligently, emulate, depend on, and trust in all our ways and thoughts and imaginations; He is our redeemer who abides in us, and He is the One we call on in all things we do. He is the One who gave us grace and His Holy Spirit to dwell in, abide with and lead us every day irrespective of our situations and locations. He is the One who enables us to know the Father Almighty through the sacrifice of His body on the Cross, the forgiveness of all our sins, the salvation we receive from the Sacrifice of His body, and also enjoy the presence of God and His angels in and all around us.

Jesus Christ is the One who came into this world for the Fathers’ purpose, lived, talk and walked only for that purpose; He is the one who was shamefully treated by the same people He came to redeem from sin and wrongs, He was stripped naked, bitten and taken to that shameful Cross to pay the ultimate price for that purpose. On the Cross, He died, was buried, and on the third day, He was raised to live again by the Father Almighty. Now He seats with the Father, on His right hand and intercedes on behalf of all who knew and accepted Him then and now, those who accept His word, and desire His presence and blessings.

We are called to remember what He went through to bring us to know the Father; what He went through to brings us salvation and hope; what He went through to ensure we are delivered and protected; what He went through to seat at the right hand of God the Father now and forever, and we are called to remember, He will not fail us despite the odds against us and the oppositions rising in full force from sources we know and do not know to take us down. “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting Him, He endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now He is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne. Think of all the hostility He endured from sinful people, then you won’t become weary and give up. After all, you have not yet given your lives in your struggle against sin. And have you forgotten the encouraging words God spoke to you as his children? He said, My child, don’t make light of the Lord’s discipline, and don’t give up when He corrects you. For the Lord disciplines those He loves, and he punishes each one He accepts as his child.” Hebrews 12:1-6.

Remember, whatever Christ Jesus had done for you will not be reversed by Satan or by any form of adversities that Satan will ever bring up against you. What Christ Jesus will do for you will never be stopped despite the delays and painful waiting. He will do all for you. Remember that. For prayers, Click here
