“For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast. The Lord bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect. The counsel of the Lord standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. The Lord looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men. From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth. He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works. There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. A horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength. Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; to deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waiteth for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name. Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.” Psalms 33:9-32. There is hope to reach the promised land; there is still hope to be what God said, to see what He had promised, to reach the goals you have set for yourself and to be fulfilled as God had destined for you. Hope in God is quite different from the hope in men who can change without notice and is also limited as you are; hope in the Almighty God is holding unto His words that never fail, His promises that never changes, Hs nature that is true, His testimonies that had past, His actions of old, and His unchanging nature. The enemies may have taken ever, but there is hope in you and hope for you; the mountain may seem too bigh and too high for you to cross over, but there is hope in you and hope fr you to overcome it; the road may be too rough for your spiritual and physical comfort, but there is hope in the grace from above to take you through; you may have been disappointed and frustrated by the actions and inactions of those you trusted, you have looked up to for help and those you have followed, but there is still hope for you because your redeemer is alive. He who promises you will not fail; He will complete the work He started in you; He will ensure you reach the Promised Land; He will take the stones that causes offence away and he will lead you through the path that is secure and perfect according to His plans.

The children of Israel suffered in the wilderness but they reached the promised land; they had no food and no water to drink, but God gave them manner from heaven; they had no need to change cloths or shoes, but God kept them save, strong and healthy; they lost their way but God was still leading them; the enemies came after them with weapons of war and God fought for them and gave them victory; for forty years, they had no need for a physician, a dietician, a dentist, a house and material things but they lacked nothing. The Lord who lead on that path will lead you, He will restore the path He had made for your success and wellbeing; He who is greatest will take you on His wings and keep you on His path until you reach and dwell in the place He had made flourishing in His glory. “I look up to the mountains does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not let you stumble; the one who watches over you will not slumber. Indeed, he who watches over Israel never slumbers or sleeps. The Lord himself watches over you. The Lord stands beside you as your protective shade. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon at night. The Lord keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.” Psalm 121:1-8. You still have chances, God is going to do what He said, He is restoring your hope in Him, in His words, and in His promises. “Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing; to shew that the Lord is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him” Psalm 9213-15.
