“HOW MUCH IS GOD’S LOVE?”

Post date: Jun 18, 2018 1:59:15 AM

Compared to the measure of God’s love for your life and family, the best of our feelings and the utmost of our knowledge are inadequate; our understanding of things and events in the physical and spiritual are insufficient and insignificant; our insights into what is happening now and in the nearest or farthest future is too narrow, and our words and expressions are never and will never be able to say them the way they are, the way the should be, and the way they will be. The love of God for you cannot be equated with what you already have materially in terms of wealth, health, money, profession, location or spiritually irrespective of its nature; it cannot be compared to what you will come to have through the best of labor, remuneration, bonuses, luck, and or favor from whatever source. God gives the best and He holds the ultimate for you through His love.

God’s love for you is never dependent upon what you have done before, now or in what you will do in the future; it does not depend on what you think in the best of your reasoning or what you feel in your happiest or saddest moments, or what you see and experience in or around you; it is not dependent whatever sweet or comforting words you will hear from any man or even that which Satan had or will ever tell you if he will ever do. It does not depend on your ethnicity, on your gender, in your location, profession or even race. The love of God for you is beyond any human expression, it is completely dependent on God’s nature and the work of Jesus on earth and on the cross at Calvary. Note; the nature of our God can never be changed by circumstances we can or will ever be able to think or feel. The works and effects of Christ Jesus can never be changed by anything or anyone. God’s love for you even in your present situation is far beyond the very best anyone can offer or do to and for you. His love is higher than the heavens above, larger than the volume of waters in the oceans combine and deeper than the depts beneath.

God’s love for you is unmatched, it is unfailing and it is unstoppable. That is how much God loves you even when you do not feel so, think so or experience so. He had declared you to His own through the salvation of your soul, the forgiveness of your sin, and the regeneration of your heart through the works of the Holy Spirit in you and His written word that you have come to know, accept and follow. God is not turning His back on you and He is no turning away from you. He is drawing you closer to Himself every day; He cherishes and desires the closeness, the togetherness, the fellowship, the praise and the love you have by having Him in your life. You will have all the benefits of is love as you walk alongside with Him even in your afflictions.

“Bless and affectionately praise the Lord, O my soul, and all that is deep within me, bless His holy name. Bless and affectionately praise the Lord, O my soul, and do not forget any of His benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases; who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you lavishly with lovingkindness and tender mercy; who satisfies your years with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the soaring eagle. The Lord executes righteousness and justice for all the oppressed. He made known His ways of righteousness and justice to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel. The Lord is merciful and gracious; slow to anger and abounding in compassion and lovingkindness. He will not always strive with us, nor will He keep His anger forever. He has not dealt with us according to our sins as we deserve, nor rewarded us with punishment according to our wickedness. For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear and worship Him with awe-filled respect and deepest reverence. As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. Just as a father loves his children, so the Lord loves those who fear and worship Him with awe-filled respect and deepest reverence. For He knows our mortal frame; He remembers that we are merely dust.” Psalm 103:1-14. For prayer Click here
