I HEARD HIM SAY TO ME -  ABRAM GET OUT ----

“The Lord said to Abram, leave your country, your relatives, and your father's home, and go to a land that I am going to show you.” Genesis 12:1. God did not ask Abram to get out from his country because of a problem; He did not ask him to get out from his relatives because they did not like or love him; He did not ask him to leave his father’s house because of any wickedness in the family or disagreement with his father. God asked him to walk out and leave because He had a plan for him that was bigger than a country’s dream, bigger than what relatives will be able to handle, and bigger than what parents can offer. God asked Abram to leave because He did not want any country system of governance, any relative affiliations or parental influence to have any intervention in His plans; God did not want anything or anyone or any system or norms to stop His plans. God did not ask Abram to get out, to leave and start walking the streets aimlessly; He did not ask him to leave and then begin following his mind or his thoughts or the devices of men around him; He did not ask him to leave and begin following his dreams and the situations he will find thereafter around him; He told Abram to get out, to leave and to follow Him.

Before God spoke to Abram that day, God had a defined destination in mind, He had a system in place that He wanted and all He asked of Abram was to follow Him to the place that He will show him as he obeys. All that God demanded was obedience to follow His words and Abram did as God in His love and words had demanded. Abram obeyed and left because he heard God speak to him clearly; Abram left because he trusted the voice that he heard; Abram left because the voice and the words he heard were bigger than his plans, bigger than his ability, better than what he was in all of his life’s labor and ability could have despite his expectations, and Abram left and obeyed because what he heard was very important to him and his future. In what he heard was a promise that no one can achieve on his own and nothing anyone can do to bring them to pass. Abram in his wisdom knew only God can do that and the only thing he could possibly do to see them come to pass in his life was to walk in absolute obedience to Him who spoke and to follow His words.

Your obedience to the words of God will change you, will change things around you, will change your situation for good, and will definitely give you a sure foundation in this life that will not be taken away from you despite what Satan will ever do against you with all the challenges he will use against you through assigned agents. God gave Abram this word of promise; “I will give you many descendants, and they will become a great nation. I will bless you and make your name famous so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, but I will curse those who curse you. And through you, I will bless all the nations. When Abram was seventy-five years old, he started out from Haran, as the Lord had told him to do; and Lot went with him. Abram took his wife Sarai, his nephew Lot, and all the wealth and all the slaves they had acquired in Haran, and they started out for the land of Canaan.” Genesis 12:2-5. Fulfilling and blessing Abram was not a problem to God and obeying and following God was not a problem to Abram and God in His faithfulness and power did do to Abram as He had promised and gave him what He said in His words.

If obeying and following the words of God is a big problem for you, then blessing you will also be a big problem for God. What you do with what God had said to you is more important than the best of your thoughts, imaginations, and dreams. Acting on what God had said open doors that imaginations will never open; open doors that dreams cannot and will not open; open doors that people won’t be able to open for you; open doors that no human knowledge, wisdom, science, or technology can open. Doing what God says opens the doors and windows of heaven, breaks yokes of impossibilities, sets free from all captivities, heals the body, and restores stolen and delayed blessings.
