WHAT DO YOU WANT GOD TO RESTORE IN YOUR LIFE?

Your life matters to God and your restoration will be His delight and that of those who love and follow and look to you. “Now Jesus was telling the disciples a parable to make the point that at all times they ought to pray and not give up and lose heart, saying, In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God and had no respect for man. There was a desperate widow in that city and she kept coming to him and saying, give me justice and legal protection from my adversary. For a time he would not; but later he said to himself, even though I do not fear God nor respect man, yet because this widow continues to bother me, I will give her justice and legal protection; otherwise by continually coming she will be an intolerable annoyance and she will wear me out. Then the Lord said, listen to what the unjust judge says. And will not our just God defend and avenge His elect, His chosen ones who cry out to Him day and night? Will He delay in providing justice on their behalf? I tell you that He will defend and avenge them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find this kind of persistent faith on the earth?” Luke 18:1-8. The wicked will continue in their wickedness because they have decided to be wicked and to remain wicked; they will afflict you because they know you and have taken their decision against you; the judges will continue in their duties of judging because it is given to them to judge and your case had been taken before them, and God will continue in whatever He wants to do according to His words, His promises, and His love because He is God and nothing can stop Him. Your life, your situation, and everything else that concerns you then, now, and in the future irrespective of your language, color, location, parental lineage and gender are in the hands of God through your believe and your acceptance of Christ Jesus as your Lord and His verdict alone will stand in your life. He wants to restore you and restore the things you have lost.

Based on your knowledge, past experiences and understanding of things and the events behind those things, it might be to you an impossible task, it might seem it will never happen to you in this life again because you have seen the enemies in their might, you have confronted them in many ways before, you have experienced untold failures and wasted your resources pursuing its restoration and its effects on you had been there for too long. You have been told times without number to forget it, you have been told it will never be reversed, and you have set your mind to forget it because of the history of others like you in the same situation, but irrespective of the formidable power of the enemies against you all these years, irrespective of their long history in your family, in your job, in your health, in your marriage, and in your location, there is nothing that is too hard or impossible for God to restore in your life.

This is the testimony of David when God restored him. “I waited patiently and expectantly for the Lord and He inclined to me and heard my cry. He brought me up out of a horrible pit of tumult and of destruction, out of the miry clay, and He set my feet upon a rock, steadying my footsteps and establishing my path. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God; many will see and fear with great reverence and will trust confidently in the Lord. Blessed and favored by God is the man who makes the Lord his trust, and does not regard the proud nor those who lapse into lies. Many, O Lord my God, are the wonderful works which You have done, and Your thoughts toward us; there is none to compare with You. If I would declare and speak of your wonders, they would be too many to count.” Psalm 40:1-5. Your restoration will bring joy and courage to many, it will bring hope and restore confidence to many, it will attract many to love and follow you to see our God as it was when Christ restored Lazarus and the people within the community came to rejoice with his family; as it was when God restored Job and his relatives and friends had respect for his God, and as it was when God restored David that the entire people celebrated with him and rejoice before the living God. There is something in you that needs to be restored now. For prayer Click here
